A bit about me
A product generalist.
Research, CX and growth.
I work at the intersection of user research, product strategy, design and technology, turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences. Currently at iAgent Labs and Saathi. Previously at Deloitte.
My background spans enterprise systems at Deloitte, early-stage product work and independent consulting across marketplaces, prototypes, operations and AI-enabled execution. I’m most useful between an unclear requirement and the point where a team finally knows what to build next.

Research
Before proposing a solution, I try to understand the user, the workflow, the business requirement or the system.

Structure
Founder brief, then workflow, then product requirements, then prototype. I turn ambiguity into something a team can act on.

Prototype
I use the lightest useful proof to make decisions and move product work forward: a functional prototype, not a promise.
